President and Founder
Jackie Subar is a skilled grant writer and experienced nonprofit professional with a history of success at local, national, and international NGOs. She possesses an intricate knowledge of the grants process, donor relations, board engagement, and strategy around donor cultivation and stewardship. She also has added expertise working with organizations focused on young leadership and education.
Additionally, Jackie has worked in diplomatic relations and has lobbied in U.S. Congress for issues related to the Judiciary, Homeland Security, and online tech policy. She has worked at numerous organizations including the Anti-Defamation League, American Jewish Committee, Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, Chabad, and Hillel, among others.
Her passion for grant writing and nonprofit organizations started in Israel where she attended the Mayanot Institute of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem. She holds a B.A. summa cum laude from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the George Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University.
